O most sweet Lord Jesus, by this bitter Torment, Sorrow, Grief, and Anguish, vouchsafe, I beseech thee, to have pity on me, and succour me in all my Sorrows, Sufferances, and Tribulations, and particularly at the hour of my Death. O then, my dearest Lord and my God, vouchsafe to assist and succour me, and do not forsake me, I beseech thee. Amen.
